Life in the Long Grass is an artisan yarn and art studio in the countryside of Ireland. Its name represents the natural life of the wool they dye; wonderful sheep braving the elements and a way of life where taking the time to make something and enjoy the process is as important as the wool itself. Owner, Caroline, is crazy about texture and rustic living and her colorways are inspired by her Irish surroundings.
This set of five skeins are expertly dyed by LITLG and would make the perfect Fading Point shawl, by Joji Locatelli or a slew of other projects that call for a stunning fade combo of up to five skeins. Or take it apart to use however you choose!
Size: 5 skeins of Fine Sock, 467 yds / 100 grams each. Totals approx 2335 yards, 500 grams.
Content: 75% superwash merino wool, 25% nylon
Gauge: 7-9 sts = 1" on US 0-2
Care: machine wash, flat dry
