This particluar one-ply, fingering weight merino is glossy and smooth, and the color seems to glow on each skein. You'll love this yarn for garments, shawls and lace pieces where you want soft texture and superb stitch definition. Dye is randomly hand-applied to prevent striping or pooling as much as possible, and this creates a variegated effect that looks great in plain stockinette and advanced stitch motifs.
